How long does a project take?
A typical residential project takes 18–24 months from first meeting to handover, including design (4–6 months), approvals (2–4 months), and construction (12–18 months). Commercial projects vary by scale.
What is your minimum project size?
We work on projects from 500 sq ft interior renovations to large-scale commercial developments. We do not have a minimum area — we have a minimum of commitment to design quality.
Do you work outside Dehradun?
Yes. We have completed projects in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, and across Uttarakhand. Distance is not a barrier — quality is our constant.
What does an architect fee look like?
Our fees are typically a percentage of construction cost, ranging from 8–12% depending on project type and complexity. We provide a detailed fee proposal after the first consultation.
Do you handle MDDA approvals?
Yes. We handle all MDDA, municipal, structural, and fire NOC approvals as part of our full service. We know the Dehradun regulatory landscape thoroughly.
Can I see completed projects in person?
With client permission, we occasionally arrange site visits to completed projects for serious prospective clients. Ask us during your initial consultation.
